WP doesn't get updated when i click on the menu

Hello,
Im trying to make a website and heres is the problem i get and i cannot solve,
first of all, i have 4 pages so far, Home, Contact Us, About Us and Strucutre, what happens is that you can load directly any page, that means if you enter home you are going to see home but if you press any of the other pages links (that are provided by a menu with functional links) wps doesn’t show the page but i can see it’s loaded because in the url it says /contactus but i cant see the content it only shows the content from home, and if i enter from contact us and then go home it stays showing contact us when the url is un home, the only way to properly load the page is to F5 when entering for first time to a site and load the cache.
The website is a subdomain of a hosting its running wp 5.6.1 and php 5.4 (i don’t know how to update it) do anyone has any leads of how i can solve this? i have uninstalled and deleted all cache and its plugins -

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
