WP doesn't send security code by SMS!

Hi,
Why WP doesn’t send security code by sms … it is now more than 10 days and this feature doesn’t work.
Fortunately I have another admin user so I can log in.

Please check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if you use it. If it’s not there then please post the URL of the blog starting with http://I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Right .. then can I disable the Two Step Authentication as long as WP doesn’t send the verification code like before?

I think you have no choice but to wait for Staff help if the email isn’t getting through.

It is not disabled as WP still doesn’t send verification code. I still not able to access 4 blogs under this account.

Yes, there is a different account under this email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Thanks for replying but i have received nothing as you suggest the non working solution.

Please I tried the link you mentioned in your last email. At the end it lead me to enter the recovery code while my mobile doesn’t receive any codes months ago.
Now either to disable this feature or to send this code manually so i can access my account and get this feature disabled.Thnx
