WP EMAIL to RESET PW not WORKING! HELP

  Hi-
  I am really getting frustrated. I have 9 students that can’t access their account. I have hit “lost Password” but nothing gets sent to their account. (yes I have checked the spam)

  They have worked very hard all year to create these blogs. Please help me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Really need help!!! Please word press- I have 400 students using this blog and 10 students cant get in
