    WP Form is not allowing me to receive appointment requests. I’m losing out on business and i need this issue fixed as soon as possible.

    I wonder if you mean WPForms which is a plugin that you can use on self-hosted WordPress sites or with WordPress.com sites on a Business or eCommerce plan.
