WP Forms and Contact page

  I am getting WP forms reports stating contact on my site but I am not receiving emails? I have also checked the spam filter and nothing there. Could you check and see if any issues? Also where on my set-up can I check and see who has made contact?

  it is http://www.mindphilosophy.com.au
  I only have the 1 site so I expect you already have this information? The WP forms email is sent to the address:
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Your site at mindphilosophy.com.au is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere.
