WP Forms not loading

I need to update a WP Form that is on our page. The site uses the free version not WPForms premium. When I click edit, the page just says ‘loading’ and will not load the form to make edits. The same thing happens when I try to edit a slider. All plugins and updates are up to date. The only issue is Akismet Anti-Spam, a plugin that will not let me delete, activate or update – I just get error messages when I try any of those actions. Could this be stopping WPForms from loading the form? Thank you for any suggestions!

Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider (GoDaddy):
