Wp forms not working

  I recently installed WP forms onto my website and added my email in the settings, but when I test the form I don’t receive any emails, I’ve tried using a different email as well.

  I later tried making use of SendGrid and WP Mail SMTP but there was no success.

  Thanks for providing your site URL. It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere:
  https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=hypemecreations.com

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  I would get in touch with either the hosting company of your website or the plugin developer(s).
