WP gallery with comments ability

  Hi,
  I am new on forum and have few questions about WP.
  1. Is there any free plugin with WP Photo gallery that users can comment singl photos, upload photos, and that has a social buttons ?
  Ive been looking for this since monday! No luck :(

  2. Am using a peacekeeper theme and i tried to remove “home” page from it as i can not edit it in wp dashboard (dont know why)… Also no luck with that… I was able to remove it, but then when i created a new pages, they all appeared on main “home page” if you know what i mean. Funny facebook pictures

  Its my first “blog site” have a look, its about Reviewopedia
