WP has screwed up my MENU

  My MENU currently includes this list of PAGES, but one is NOT a page, but a POST (the one that starts “Part I..”):
  About
  About
  Blog
  The Spanners Series
  Blog
  Contact
  Contact
  Part I: Letter to my Earlier Self, What I Wish I had Known for #Indiepub #Ebooks 1 and 2
  *CHANGES* conversations between authors: LIVE Video Talk Shows hosted on G+ by Sally Ember, Ed.D.

  Please remove that and please explain why it appeared that way about 3 weeks ago?

  is the one I need put back in POSTS and not as a PAGE. I did not put it there; WP did. Please fix this.

  I don’t see this article in your pages, or in your menu.

  You also seem to have made several changes to your menu since you posted this question, so I’m not sure where we are now.

  Is there anything in your menu now that shouldn’t be there?

  I was able to fix the Menu problems myself (deleted the Post that WP made into a PAGE and deleted duplicate Pages), but there are still numerous duplicate POSTS scattered throughout my POSTS’ list. I don’t know which ones visitors are seeing.

  What is going on?

  Since the menu issue is resolved, I’m going to close this conversation so we can focus on the second thread where the duplicate posts problem originated.
