WP has stopped recognizing my Audio files

    I got a newer phone ‘Moto g stylus and I can’t find or use any audio files. I’ve used the voice recorder and WP to quickly find and send out personal messages to my clients. I heard that Jetpack was now covering for WP but Jetpack is exactly the same as WP bc it doesn’t find Audio Files either. please help

    Hi there!

    I understand that you’re using the Jetpack mobile app, and you’re having trouble finding audio files from your phone to add to your site’s media library? Could you tell us a little bit more about your process so we get a better understanding?

    My first thought is that your new phone is adding those files to a different folder than the one you’re looking for, or that maybe the file type is not supported but would need to know more to advise further. Thanks!
