WP Header displays on FB instead of Media upload

  Sometime the header image is displayed in the Facebook post instead of the media I upload. The WP blog displays correctly, it’s only incorrect on FB.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If an image within your post doesn’t meet Facebook’s standards – for example, if it’s too small – Facebook may opt not to display it as the thumbnail sharing image.

  If you give me a couple of links to posts where this is happening I could take a look.

  Sometimes Facebook’s cache holds the wrong images for a site, and that can be fixed by running a URL through its debugging tool here:

  https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

  I ran your two URLs through the Facebook debugger.

  The first shows that the correct thumbnail is being provided by your site for sharing, as you can see here:

  

  The fact that it used the wrong image is an error on Facebook’s side.

  For this post – http://cookingwithchar.wordpress.com/2014/04/15/south-of-the-border-coleslaw/ – Facebook’s debugger says your image is not big enough:

  

  You can see here that your image is only 183px high, while Facebook’s minimum is 200px by 200px.

  

  I suggest uploading images that more than meet Facebook’s minimum size requirements – for example, at least 250px along each side.
