Wp Installation File should be bundled with few essential security plugins

My Recommendation is not related to blog registered at wordpress.com but those users who download wordpress and install on their respective websites.
Wp Hacking is one of the serious issues and each days multiple wp sites get hacked. I would like to know if WordPress can offer some basic security to the end users who download WordPress for the first time.
Most of the users who download wp are unaware of the security issues. Therefore, I would like to know if basic plugins like wordfence should be bundled with wordpress or atleast users get some sort of prompt to encourage them to install security plugins. It is just like purchasing a windows without having an anti-virus in place.
There are few critical areas:-
a) Wp-Login Page
b) Brute Force Attack on the Login Page
c) Outdated plugins created loopholes in the wp.Do share your thoughts regarding same. There should be some basic security guidelines provided by wordpress encouraging users to secure their wordpress installations.

I also note that your wordpress.COM username is NOT linked to a wordpress.COM blog and we do not provide support here for the site it is linked to.

@TT – I think that is the same site that spammed the support forum last week with a pile of really bad “answers” and some spam links to their home site
