WP is added to original site. Would like nav bar look

Just moved over from blogger as they have stopped their ftp blogger support. I have everything copied over but I would really like to figure out how to get mut nav bar and image at the top of my word press blog hosted on my site. The blog is located at http://www.creativesculpture.com/blog I’d like the nav bar on http://www.creativesculpture.com to come over to the blog. Anyway to do this? I’m not a programmer, I know just enough to be dangerous.
