WP is not recognizing my email address that they have in my profile

    My new change of password was confirmed changed with a note to my email address The old password did not work. The email is the one I opened the account with in Sept 2016. even though- still works where WP sends me messages. my email address is not recognized and the new password did not work….the old one did! I cannot get on a chat line with WP because they do not recognize me! Bob.

    I’m afraid I don’t understand what you are trying to do.

    I can see that you successfully reset the password for this account 22 hours ago, two hours before you posted this thread. If you can post here it means you are already logged in.

    Live chat is only available for users with paid upgrades. The account you are logged in as, elsbergharrimanbanks, does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.
