    Hello. I pay $50 per month for a scam. There were a bunch of recent hires and there are all not proficient. This results in having to call back countless times. I am so frustrated and have been for a long time. I am canceling my service and considering leaving wordpress. I pay $50 for what use to be 30 minutes of help, but now it’s 25 minutes and I was just on hold after my third call…two of which gave me incorrect information and the call was disconnected. The employees make one another bias about clients. I believe that I have been labeled as someone that is difficult because that is how I am treated. I last spoke with Eric who was condescending and not even present in our call, directing me to the wrong things. My site is inactive and I just wanted it back up today. Now I have work to do and family coming in tomorrow and I frustrated so deeply. I spoke with Chris earlier who was nice enough, but Eric had to undue all of his work. That would deb fine if extra time were allowed, but it was not. I am available anytime after 6pm this evening and for one hour in the morning before having to go to the airport to pick up my Dad. I need my site back active and it’s in shambles. WP live really needs and overhaul and a place where proper complaints or concerns can be addressed.

    So sorry about all that chaos! But it seems like your issue may need to be directed elsewhere. WordPress doesn’t have a $50/month plan, that website is not hosted by WordPress.com and also WordPress does not offer phone support. I hope you’re able to find the right place to get a solution to those issues, but unfortunately this isn’t it. Wish you the best!
