  The site in your message is a WordPress powered site hosted on Bluehost. I’m afraid that WordPress.com hosting’s live chat support is just for sites hosted at WordPress.com on paid plans, and not those using WordPress software elsewhere.

  Was there a different WordPress.com hosted paid site you needed help with?

  Keep in mind that if the site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers, then the forums at https://wordpress.org/support will be better for this question. They don’t offer chat support, as it’s free software. Here’s a bit about the differences- https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
