wp-login admin does not recognize password reset

  So trying to reactivate my blog after it’s been shut down a few years. I try and login from admin section and it tells me old password does not work. Fine I reset it. I get confirmation my password is reset but when I try logging in with it I still get the message I am putting in the wrong password.
  
  How can I fix this?
