WP Login appears when adding image to media library

  This has started happening in the last two months. Sometimes when I try to add an image to a webpage or homepage slider and I upload the image to the media library and select the image in the media library, the wordpress login popup appears and I have to re-login and do the image adding all over again. Anyone else having this problem? It is not caused by so many minutes of inactivity and happens randomly.
