WP-Login Password not working

    I’ve been trying to reset my password when I try logging in, but when I press reset password it takes me to a page on my website to send a ‘password reset’ email to myself, but the email just takes me to hubspot home page, so I need help reseting my password. My normal password works when logging into my wordpress account, but when I logging into my dashboard to edit my site it doesn’t work.

    Hi there! The WordPress.com account that you’re posting from (username: cookiebrax) doesn’t have any WordPress.com-hosted sites associated with it; were you asking about a site you’re building using the WordPress software which comes from WordPress.org instead?

    If so, then the WordPress.org community forums are your best point of contact! You can find them here:

    Because your site isn’t hosted with us we don’t really have a way to know why your password reset email is linking you to Hubspot; in theory your regular login page should be your site URL with /wp-login.php on the end; and the password reset page would be /wp-login.php?action=lostpassword instead!

    It sounds like there may be a setting somewhere on your site which is directing you to the wrong place; but feel free try the “lost password” address on the end of your site URL, in case that can help. If you do still have trouble logging in, it might be worth contacting the customer service of your hosting platform, or possibly the WordPress.org community forums as linked above.
