WP Login problems

  I paid an Ebay seller to make me a website. It was over ninety days ago so I can’t contact seller. Problem is I lost my login for WP dashboard so I can edit my page – pawzone.us
  I can prove the site is mine but can’t retrieve login from WP. This Housemedic site you may see is old and not an issue anymore.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
