WP Mail SMTP plugin has suddenly stopped sending mail

My WP Mail SMTP plugin has suddenly stopped sending mail. I am not receiving notification emails and customers do not receive emails after check-out. I’m not able to isolate the cause. I have not added any plug-ins recently or altered any settings on this plug-in. I tried re-launching the Set-up Wizard, but that hasn’t helped. Can you please help?

We can’t help with third party plugins. You must contact WP Mail SMTP to solve this problem.

I would love the ability to do that. Unfortunately, I cannot locate any support from this plugin provider for the free version (or even a paid support option). To access their contact page, you must be a paid subscriber of their service.

Just coming back to update in case it helps someone else… after much digging, it looks like my issue was not with WP Mail SMTP but with Brevo (formerly SendInBlue). I checked the Brevo logs under:
Transactional > Email > Logs
Since the emails for customers and myself were showing up there, I knew it meant they were making it to the Brevo service and figured the problem might be with Brevo. After more digging, I found that my domain needed to be re-verified and re-authenticated…not sure why or if this is just something that needs to be done periodically.
