WP mobile app sign-in error message

I have been trying to the last couple of weeks to re-sign into the WP mobile app on my iphone 6 plus (It worked, I posted before I had to replace the phone). It is via GoDaddy. I have gone through the changing user names, signing in with email, changing passwords, verification, the helpfolk on the mobile site have looked at it all, apparently – with me putting everything they asked – screen shots of the error message, copying account data…and still nothing.
I can access my site on the computer, and have deactivated all my plug-ins. Still unable to sign in.
Kinda at a loss…it was so easy and accessable to upload a post to the blog from my phone when I didn’t have access to my computer…Any ideas?

That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and make our developers aware of the issue.
