WP mobile menu not publishing??

    So, I am fairly newer to this all and am trying to do what I thought was fairly simple. My site is http://www.everythingkatie.com . I am using the Vogue theme. When I use a mobile device to look at my site, the top bar that says ‘menu’ is blue. I would like to change the color of it and title of the menu, and have tried multiple plugins etc to fix it. Whenever I do, I do so on a desktop and when (on the desktop) I preview the mobile version, I can see the colors changed and it look exactly how I want it to. HOWEVER, when I visit the site on an actual mobile device, even after publishing, it is still blue and nothing has changed. Is this a simple fix? I have tried for days to figure it out and I am really hoping so.
