I made a blog a few years ago with my name and I want to use my name for my new blog. I don’t know how to do this.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is the old blog deleted or is that the one you linked to? If the old blog is deleted, the URL can’t be reused (although you’re welcome to give the site whatever title you’d like). You can change the domain name if you decide to do so under My Site > Domains. Here are some more detailed step-by-step instructions on doing so. Just remember that you can’t go back and re-use a past name. Hope that helps!

I cannot get in it because I don’t remember the password since it’s been a few years. I need my name back so I can use it for my new blog. -
I also cannot get into my old email account this blog is connected too :( so I cannot do a password recovery.

Sorry about any confusion! Have you tried filling out the Account Recovery Form? You can use other proofs of ownership if you’re unable to access that email account. Check it out here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

Nope. It won’t let me send a recovery form since I cannot remember my security codes. This is beyond frustrating.
