WP not accepting my exisint domain

  I’m trying to launch this site but WP wont recognize my valid existing domain to launch new site as a free site ‘Are you sure you mean http:www.francine-rose.com? This is not a valid domain.’
  Yes it is a valid domain, I just called to verify that it is – please correct your error

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The correct URL is http://www.francine-rose.com/ … you forgot both ‘//’ after http
