WP not generating thumbnails

My site is not generating thumbnails properly for most pictures. Sometimes it will display a full image, as seen here (where, for some reason, some image DO have thumbs).
When I view the gallery many images fail to load properly, display a blank white box instead.
I have regenerated thumbs etc, but I cannot get my thumbnails to generate properly. Even changing the crop settings for woocommerce makes no difference whatsoever.
What could be causing this?

It doesn’t seem to be the usual problem people have with thumbnails, so I am really hoping for some help with this as I cannot find the solution anywhere.

It appears that your site is not a WordPress.COM site. So we are unable to help with your problem in this forum.
The WordPress.ORG forum is where you need to ask. If you don’t have an account with that forum you will need to register there.
WP.com and WP.org are two different platforms, using completely different software.
