WP not permitting me to choose a package. Free or Premium. Tried from many devices

  I signed up for a domain name through WP (alwaysbringabook.org) Set up a WP site with a stock theme. Worked ok. I tried to upload a third-party theme. Didn’t work. Deleted site to start over. Now when I go to pick a plan, free or premium, it says my domain is already connected to a WP site, which from my dashboard it says I’m not connected to a site (no primary site). To make matters worse, when I start over, with a whole new user and domain name, it won’t let me select a package, free, premium, nothing. Have tried from may devices. Soooo, multiple problems here. Help. One day away from jumping on another blogging platform.

  Same problem I came to your website to build a blog, I bought a domain name because when I first chose the personal plan it said I had access to a .com domain. But, It didn’t work so I started over and as this other person has experienced all choosing options are greyed out and I can not finalize and buy my personal plan.
  Can you help me to fix this ? Thx
