WP .org and .com login issues

Really hating how I have to login to both sites and neither one is linking correctly with my Jetpack, app or even the admin site.
All of this for an update for ads on my site.
I just reset my login for .org website and now thinking that my .com login is no longer working correctly.
Is there a way to simplify the process for logging into WP without having to deal with the .org or .com and literally use 1 Login for both?
If I use the wp.com site most of the jetpack features does not work, unless I use the WP Admin page to make changes.
Really confused to which site I am to use for admin services on my website.
feel like I’m dealing with java code again…all over the place with threads…
