Hi there,
Both sites feather.com and Aeolusblue.net are self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open-source software, you need to seek assistance from WordPress.org forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
If you suspect that your site has been hacked, it’s best to reach out to your host as you’ve already done or, find someone who can help you scan the site and remove the malware.
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites. The difference between the two is explained here:

Hi Grace,
Thank you so much.
Would I be better off to host my site with WordPress? Right now I’m with Blue Host so I must deal with two companies.
Blue Host did debug the software and discovered a memory error on line xxxx, but said I would have to talk with WP to get it fixed. I don’t like this.
I do think my site is being hacked due to its serious nature. Aeolusblue.net

Hi Wayne,

Whether to host with WordPress.com or not is totally up to you. You’ll need to do your own research here and determine which host is better for you. I think either of them is okay. If you host the site files with WordPress.com though, they’ll be able to look into issues such as the one you have now, their staff will get into the PHP files and possibly fix the problem for you, you’ll have the real power of WordPress, you’ll be hosting where they host, and I believe that should mean they are very secure and meet all possible compliances.
Blue Host did debug the software and discovered a memory error on line xxxx, but said I would have to talk with WP to get it fixed.
Because your site is built with the WordPress CMS, Bluehost is probably asking you to have the site files checked, they did what the could up to a point and now they want someone to look in the WordPress files that are infected or damaged. You’ll need to hop over to the WordPress.org open-source forums for this or find a WordPress expert, here’s the forum link:
