WP Personal Plan, Karuna Theme, 'More Posts' tab doesn't show more posts

Hello,
My blog https://pushpenderrathee.com/ is a single-page website and I intend to keep it this way. It has a slideshow and multiple posts (with poetry). At the bottom, the page has the “More Posts” tab which when clicked does NOT show “more posts” and reloads the same page instead. I’m on a paid personal plan which is what I really need. The theme I’m using is “Karuna” theme. Can somebody please help me fix this?
I want the “More Posts” tab to show all posts or show more posts when clicked. I tried whatever I could from the WP dashboard but it doesn’t fix the issue. I’d be grateful if somebody can please fix this or advise me on what to do next? Thanks in advance for your help!

It looks like you currently have the front of the site set to display all of your posts.
Would you please set it back to the way it was so we can see the problem in action and identify a fix?
