WP Popularity Rising…
-
I can’t remember, now, when I set up my first WordPress blog.
Let’s just say it’s been more than ten years and counting.
Now I’ve got dozens installed on multiple web-sites (whew!), and I couldn’t be happier.
Why?
Check out this recent article about the rising popularity of WordPress to see why:
WP Popularity Rising.I think it hasn’t even reached critical mass yet…
What do you think?

Sorry about that… I read that links could be added to posts and assumed this would be an appropriate place to share an article I just found on WordPress.
-
-
I checked the link you gave but could not find any information on a social networks forum on this site.
-
There is no social social networks forum on this site. Go to Twitter, Facebook, etc. and stop spamming our technical support forums please.
-
Once again, I was not spamming, and resent the accusation.
I notice your name is linked to a site external to WordPress forums, which I cannot see are restricted solely to support issues.
Care to clarify?
Thanks.
-
If this forum is solely for support it’s sort of confusing, because there is a separate link from forums for support at the top of each page.
-
I have told you all there is to say. These are technical support forums only for the use of WordPress.com blogger who have technical support issue with their free hosted WordPress.com blogs. You have not posted a technical support issue referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
-
Once again I apologize for not seeing immediately that the “forums” here are strictly for blogger technical support issues for free hosted WordPress.com blogs, as you say.
But you had no need to come across with such a haughty, condescending, belligerent attitude and should apologize for this.
I’m not a youngster (age 62) and resent being accosted like that!

This Ideas forum is for posting suggestions for new features and/or improvements to existing features to WordPress.com Staff. you posted a link to an article that has displays an in your face advertising scam pop-up a few seconds after one clicks it. That’s an abuse of the use of this forum.
-
You are a spammer – the link you dropped is not to a new article or even a Post about how great WordPress is – but to try and sell some sort of software that looks like the software is intended to set up spam WordPress.ORG sites – and the link goes to a poorly designed page that does not work well at all
-
As we don’t discriminate by age on these technical support forums playing age card here can be dismissed as a laughable passive aggressive manipulative ploy ie. an attempt to cover up the fact that you posted spam.
-
Then again, you as the accuser just might be guilty of what you have accused!
How is an article about the rising popularity “spam” anyway?
I am a long-time WP user and was genuinely pleased to see this, and hoped to share it with other WP users.
You, on the other hand, are giving WP and this forum a distinctly bad odor!
-
My final word is that I’ve got much better things to do with my time today than allow a time thief to dominate any more of it (you aggressive/accuser).
-
Posting links to articles that result in time triggered in your face advertising pop-ups definitely creates a bad odor on these forums.
-

and thus you are a SPAMMER
