WP reader still use my old domain URL, can't follow/subscribe to new one

Hello, I’m having problem with wordpress.com reader.
I try to follow my self-hosted wordpress blog, but I can’t do it because the reader still record them with my old domain URL.
Screenshot is quite straightforward…. If I click the blog it’ll redirect it correctly to but the reader won’t take RSS feed from https://chrysanthemumgarden.com//feed, they still take it from my old url RSS feed (http://danmei.melimeliarts.com/feed)….
Please help 😀
