I am not find any plugin or appearance option in wordpress account. I have made a real estate website from wordpress.Need to add online chat application , popup newsletter and also, whatsapp direct chat plugin.Please do reply. -

If your site is on the free plan, then it doesn’t have the feature to upload plugin. If you wish to have the feature to upload a plugin to your WordPress.com site, you may consider upgrading your plan to Business Plan in order to do that.
