WP Rocket Plugin

I am trying to install the WP Rocket plugin and received the following message ‘The file public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php already exists. Please manually delete it before using this plugin. If you continue to see this message after deleting it please contact your hosting support. I deleted the file but am still receiving this warning.
