hi,
The search here is quite simple when compared to honest to goodness search engines. Search engines have massive amounts of algorithms to determine misspellings and whether an ending “s” is actually just part of the word, or whether it represents a plural version of a word. This takes massive amounts of storage space, and millions of lines of code.

In short, the Search in WordPress will not be able to understand that Watches and Watch are related.

hi,
Some alternatives that I can think of:
1. in your individual posts, add a keywords section at the bottom and list words that you think are likely to be searched for
2. install a Search plugin
This plugin WP Extended Search https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-extended-search/ can search more than just the text in your posts.
If you are on a Business Plan, you can install the above plugin and then tag your posts with keywords.
