I have downloaded the plug-in as instruction and even with following the help info I cannot seem to implement the calendar on my site. Please Help!!!

We do not allow plugins on WordPress.com currently for security purposes. Plugins can be used on WordPress.org based sites (more about the difference between the two here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org ).
The closest alternative would be to use our Contact Form feature to accept appointment requests.
