WP site always show wrong background color on mobile, help :(

  Hello I am creating a wordpress site for a friend

  on desktop it has grey background and this what I want

  Its strange when I use elementor or WP responsive preview it shows the grey version as well BUT when I actually open the site on my samsung phone its all white, on the HOME site, and on every site/product page.

  Can you please help me? Its NEVE theme
