WP SITE URL & WP HOME -HELP!!!

  On a different account I went into the Options General page and changed the site URL and home. I know I shouldn’t have touched the url’s but I did. Now I can’t even get to a login page for the dashboard!

  The only way I can access the real files is on my server. Where do I find the code to change the site url and home url back to the way they were? I found wp-admin/options-general.php file but I don’t see the right language in that file to change the specific addy to my blog.

  Sorry if I’m not making sense. Someone please help!!
