WP Smush

    Hey guys, I am very new in this whole wordpress thing, but even after 3 posts I am already struggling with the storage space. So I read about WP Smush which could apparently be added as a plugin to optimize photos for the web. Is there any possibility to install this plugin or do you have other recommendations on how to save storage? I am not really willing to pay 8$ a month nor to give up my photos.

    Hi,
    On an average you have each of the image sizes as 400kb each. WP smush will take care of loss-lessly compressing the images. But you can compress only 50 images at a go with their free version. Paid version gives 20% more compression. I suggest using a free CDN like cloudflare as the content will be cached and served from the CDN. also cloudflare allows compression so the blog will be faster.
