WP speed problem

my website is small-plant.com, i using godaddy basic plan, My plan is
1 website
10 GB SSD storage
25,000 monthly visitors
SFTP accessi’m not sure what’s wrong for my website, i need WP help.
i need to upgrade the hosting or?
this is not the 1st time slow, i have redesign the website & delete all plug in start again, but still have the same problem Slow + cannot log in, and i send reset password, never get any email from WP… who can i looking for?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
