WP staff – need help!

  WP I need help to get access to my site again. I have been in contact with domains by proxy to get my domain back, but the payment has to go through WP, and it’s not available on my profile/upgrades.

  Please help me resolve this matter.

  Hi there,

  Registration for frksvensson.com expired 49 days ago, but you still have a mapping subscription for the domain that expired on 11-09-2016. I removed the registration subscription from under your account. Let me know if you want to remove the mapping as well until you get it re-registered with domains by proxy.

  According to domains by proxy it’s WordPress.com that will be able to help me with re-register my domain.

  “Please Note: You will need to work with WordPress.com to renew your domain name, as all billing for private registration services are handled by the affiliate registrars.”
