WP starter plan

  I purchased a domain from another site, not knowing I could here. Domain.com is offering me a WP starter plan at 3.75/month with unlimited storage and bandwidth. What is this Starter plan compared to the plans you show available? I do not see the started plan available on the plan options screen.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
