  Hello! Our store locator isn’t working: https://www.drinkrenude.com/store-locator/

  So we went to the Plugins tab on the backend, then noticed an update was available. We tried to update, but it’s saying: Update failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

  Do you know what the issue is?

  Sorry, WordPress.com does not make or maintain that plugin. It appears to be supported here:

  Regarding the error message, as WordPress.com does not host the site this question will be better for WordPress.org forums. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
