WP Subscribe – 404: The requested resource could not be found.

I’m having issues with the wp subscribe widget returning the following error ‘404: The requested resource could not be found.’ when attempting to subscribe to our newsletter with a test email address and name. I’ve checked the API from mailchimp and made sure it’s good. I’m not really experienced with this stuff, so any help that might relieve our frustration would be great. website in question is rusticpinesmn.com
