Hello, Is it possible to speak with someone about the WP set-up and upgrading account? Finding it difficult to find the information I need and negotiate set-up for personal reasons to be disclosed in a phone conversation only. Thank you for your assistance.

But our Business Plans do include a QuickStart session, which is basically a 1:1 screenshare with voice.
