  Just a question
  After how many time usually does the support reply to a message? I sent a message two hours ago, and still no reply….

  They don’t work at the weekend. Wait till tomorrow.

  Um, rosclarke – they do work weekends http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2008/08/02/announcing-24-7-support/

  AFAIK, they answer in the order received. So you have no way of knowing how many other requests were ahead of yours. According to that link above, they try to respond within 24 hours, so give it some time.

  Support is available on weekends. Time taken to respond depends on many factors including the nature of your problem and how clear your question is.

  Support staff have responded to lucamarzano’s ticket.
