WP Theme has default ORANGE Colour throughout Site… How to Change ?

  I am using reviewzine template

  When I put my mouse over a link the colour changes to orange. How do I change it top my custom HTML Colour code ? This is on the TOP menu and the header menu.

  Also how do I change the background colour of the footer section to the colour code of my choosing ?
