WP Theme not Loading Properly

  I can not load any of the free WP themes. I installed the themes from the free themes that are provided by wordpress but none of the themes load properly, I’ve tried about 6 different themes and the same thing happens. I am able to install the themes in the appearance/theme area and they are showing up there, I activate the theme and it appears to activate the theme moving to the first position, but when I visit my site there is only a sample page loaded. No images, no menu installed, no pages. When I go to customize It’s say’s that the Theme has been install e.g “change Astra” I can also make changes in the customize adding images and creating a menu. The problem first seemed to happen when I was trying to load a Alidropship specific theme called Da Vinci that gave me a installation error. I have deleted the whole wordpress installation from my host provider end 4 times no solution, I have used a different computer to do everything no solution, I have installed wordpress on my other URL no solution the same thing is happening. I have contacted my host provider and he tried to solve the problem from his end took about 90 minutes still no solution please can anyone help me thank-you
