WP Theme: Photo Upload and Rating

  I am looking for a WP theme that will allow visitors to be able to upload a photo and have visitors rate the photo. Been searching for a theme like that, but haven’t found anything yet.

  I don’t think we have anything like that on WordPress.com as far as I know – you may need to look into a self-hosted WordPress site with a plugin for that sort of functionality. Good luck!
