WP Themes from the internet..HELP!

  I’m kinda new here(wordpress) can somebody teach me how can I upload WP CSS themes from the internet and apply it to my blog account??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot do it, even with the paid CSS upgrade; that allows people fluent in CSS to edit the CSS of their existing themes, but not to copy and paste in new themes from elsewhere. The WordPress themes you see around the internet are for WordPress.ORG blogs, not WordPress.com blogs. They cannot be used here.
